Could it be raining anymore???

I know...I was just about to go for a run, then I looked outside

They say rain all day

I'm starting to feel like I live in Seattle.

I'm soggy!!

I am psyched b/c I got a new Snoopy umbrella from wc0143 for my shower!

Ugh - I know. I also wanted to go for a run this morning, but....

i had to drive through a LAKE in the middle of the road to get to work this morning!!!

this is going to be great for our garden though

I LOVE IT. My baby is asleep. I'm going to take a nap soon and this morning DH didnt want to get out of bed so there was extra cuddle time

DH said that exact thing last night. When I asked him to walk the dog at about 10:30, I said 'how does it look out there...' He said....'like Seatle..'

It's wet and cold...I remember when it used to get to over 90 degrees...the 70's just don't cut it for me. I am still cold and sick of walking to the train in the rain!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this weather.
Give me MORE rain and MORE of this moderate temps.

I moved north thinking it would be cooler and have been usually disappointed and angry at the Summers in NY. To me they Suk! Plain and simple. I HATE the subways in the blistering heat and god awful humidity that makes me feel like I’m on living in a sauna! New York in spring, fall and winter, gorgeous. In Summer? ICKY-POO!

So let it rain, let it pour, let it drench.

Then again maybe it’s because I know what August feels like at 100 plus degrees dry heat as well as New York humid icky nasty GOD JUST KILL ME summers that reach 90s and make me wonder why I bother to get dressed in the mornings at all!

All I ask is that there’s no Indian Summer and I have a cool brisk day for my wedding. Preferably nothing lower than 55 and nothing higher than 75.
