i just called FH's church and they are mailing me his baptismal certificate. i thought at least i would have to go there and show some documents. lets all hope it happens!

Yea, I'm pretty sure it's that easy. That's how it went for me. I think I just provided them with his name, and the year and month he was baptized. If he got confirmed in a different church (which he did) I think I had to give them that info too.

lol yep it is that easy, I called for fh and they maile dit right to my house.

I did the same thing for my own baptism certificate and without any questions asked - it was in my mailbox a few days later! good luck!!
Wow!!! That makes me very happy....I've been putting off doing it!!!
It is! I had to go to three separate churches for his baptismal certificate, then his communion/confirmation at a diff. church and then I had to go for mine! They all sent them out no questions asked! It was great!
