My e-oics are on wed. (If it doesn't rain) and I bought fh a black button down shirt. I was oricinally going to wear a bright pink empire waist shirt.
Here is the problem. I feel like the shirt makes me look haevier than I am b/c of the empire waist.
Here is the question. I have a brand new French Connection black v-neck sweater that fits like a glove and is soooo slimming. Do you think it willlook bad if we are both wearing black shirts? The pics are at Belmont State Park and I wanted a fall look.
What do you chicas think? TIA Heres the original shirt
The black shirt sounds nice, but you may end up looking like twins with nothing really big to distinguish you apart.
What if you were to do half and half? do a wardrobe change half way through.

first of all that shirt is really cute! but if u feel like u look better in the black one def wear that one bc u need to feel comfortable!!i think its fine if u both wear black...does he have another shirt in a diff color he could wear?

you should wear what is more comfortable for you. if your worried about too much black maybe have FH wear a differnt shirt. i mean when uthink about it its not like ur both wearing the a black button down too. you want to be comfy.

I say wear black and have FH wear a different shirt.....two of the same colored shirts is a no-no in pics.

I would make FH change shirts...its always easier for the guy to change shirts than us!

If the both of you wear black then its ok. Or you can wear the top that you love best and have FH change his shirt. FH's can look good in anything and change their look in a sec, us girls dont have it that easy

Okay, I just asked fh if he would wear adifferent shirt and I was nervous he would be annoyed b/c I told him he HAD to wear black, and he said no problem, what ever I want him to wear is fine.
So thanks for your help, I will wear the skinny black sweater and fh will wear a light blue button down.

I say go for what makes you the most comfy. I love the shirt you bought but if you aren't comfy in it then its not worth it. Model for us and take some pics. Then we can vote. Maybe FH can wear another color if you wear the black

sounds good -- black with black might blend together in the pix but you should wear what you feel comfy in.

That sounds perfect. Blue and black will look great together and you will be most comfortable!

Definitely wear the black sweater! You will look better in what you are more comfortable in. I don't think it matters if you both wear black -- that could be cute! FH could maybe wear the black shirt and bring another to change into if the other if photographer doesn't think it will look good together. The photographer will be able to tell you honestly which looks best together.

glad he is fine with wearing a different color...if both were to wear the same color you two would blend too much in the pic together, especially in pics where you're holding eachother and stuff..the black and light blue will look great together, and it gives you the contrast you need
