I dont know which one to choose couples negril or swept away.. please if anybody stayed in either HELP

i've never stayed at couples but FH and I have stayed at Sandals in Negril and loved it. Its further out from montego bay so its more quiet and romantic. Negril beaches are AMAZING! I think anywhere on Negril will be paradise!

I haven't been to either but Negril has the best food and beaches, just visit Margaritaville in Montego bay to party at night and take a trip to Dunns river falls and ricks cafe.
