cousin's wedding vent

My cousin is getting married on May 20th this year. It's coming up really quick, but we haven't gotten invitations yet! Also she lives in California so I have to get plane tickets, book a hotel, I don't know how many cars we would have to rent...... And I don't even know if I am invited!!!!!! My grandma kinda hinted that we didn't know who was invited but she hasn't said anything. My cousin told my Grandma that the invitations had problems but didn't say if all of us were invited to the wedding. grrrrrrrrrr

wow may 20th and you dont have anything yet?

My sisters shower is may 20th and we sent out her invites 4 weeks ago!

hmm...it's cutting it kind of close. i think there might be a chance that the cousin isn't inviting you! this is toughie, cause you don't want to call and ask, and it be awkward for her to say 'we didn't invite you'

are you close to the cousin? if so, then you might be able to make the phone call without any weirdness. maybe try and contact your aunt/uncle about it?

Wow thats really cutting it close. Especially if she knows people are coming from out of state. I would just ask her. I would assume you are invited if you are her cousin

hmm, considering the distance, i really think you would know by now if you were invited. the only thing i can think of is if it was lost in the mail?? even so, they would want to know the head count asap so id think they would have sent it out much earlier.
