LOL I love that one of the rules is nothing from Rite Aid ... is this a problem in your office
I would do maybe:
Personalized Beer Mug Personlized Pub Sign Bottle of Liquor (try and find out his favorite)

A bottle of GreyGoose, Kettle One of Stoli..LOL
This, I've even seen some liquor stores have gift sets that come with a glass or two not sure how much they cost though.
Or maybe even a blue ray dvd of one of his fave movies or a classic like scarface

Alcohol.
That's what I get my co-worker secret santa every year.
Alcohol paired with movie passes (not really a gift card right?)

Favorite DVD ... plus popcorn and all movie snacks/candies! You can put it into a popcorn bucket which is super cute!
Cool shaving kit from 'The Art of Shaving'
They sell popcorn buckets - in 1 section of Target

You can also go to brookstone or one of those stores - and get a wine opening set - or a tool set - You could get a bottle of wine and one of those rabbit thingys.....I bought a panini maker for our yankee swap today from target and it was 30 bucks....
