CP help

Ok my sister is INSISTING that I HAVE to HAVE CP's (even though I don't want them)

I was thinking getting like faux crystal bowls and filling them up with water with tea light candles, rose petals (I found some fake 'precious petals' at Michael's) and if I can find them some floating butterflies (since that's our theme).

Anybody know where I can find the faux crystal bowls on the cheap?

My other idea was just to spread out the rose petals in the middle of the table surrounding the favors.
