CP Rental?

CP Rental?

Anyone try this? I was thinking about renting some candlabras and having a small floral arrangement set inside to cut down on cost--not this exact one-- I just picked one to give an example-- the rental is $21 each--- any pro's/con's to this idea? Thanks ladies

I am doing some tables with Candalabras from Tavern on the Green also with some flowers at the base of the Candalabras - the other tables will have Cherry blosson branchs with other flowers and tea lights hanging from the cherry blossom branches.

I love that CP! I've actually been thinking about buying the same thing for my wedding. I was looking at wedding-candles.ca, which might be the same website you are planning to go thru since I know they have the same CP. I was originally thinking about renting them, but considering that they are less than $30 to buy, I'll probably just buy them. Then I won't have to worry about getting them all back in one piece and shipping them back. Plus, if you buy them, there's a good chance of selling them after your wedding on ebay or even liweddings to get most of your money back.

I think its very nice!! But you should see how much florists charge per centerpiece first- incase they do it cheaper!

haha why would people take them? They are your friends and family- I doubt they will steal from you!!

well, instead of being afraid that people will take them...why not give some away during the reception? my cousin did that at her wedding with the beautiful tall crystal vases she used as centerpieces. my mom won one at a limbo contest (or something to that effect) and now it's displayed in the house. If you want to keep one or two for you and your hubby, that's good...but think about it...what are you going to do with all of those candelabras after the wedding? keeping 20 candelabras would ultimately be a waste of money because you'll never use them again.

Thats a cute idea- but if you are renting them, you cant give them away or else you will have to pay for what you dont give backto them.
