My CP are going to be a rental bc they are very basic and just dont want to spend another $400 to have it as a take-home. PLUS 70% of our guest are OOT and flying in from all over and will not have room for a 24 inch vase!
Question is....how we spread the word about not taking these CP home. I just have visions of everyone running away with them? I have spread the word to 12 of my friends but is there anything else I should do? I dont want to be tacky either. I guess I have to let the maitre'd know and he will keep an eye on it???

well we are having 2 guys from pedestals come at the end of the night to wrap up each cp for some of our guests so the dj will announce this

Are the guests able to take the flowers out if they want to?
If so you can have the DJ/Band or even the waiters let the guests know at the end of the night.

Yeah it is only one stem of orchids and they will be fully submerged in water....so I doubt anyone will want it!
Originally we we going to have them wrapped and handed out but this was before we decided to fill the whole vase with water!

mine are going to be take home- nice fall flowers with a amber lamp in the middle w/ candle this way who ever gets it has a nice cp for their Thanksgiving table.

The band can say something....in fact, my band asked me if I wanted them to make an announcement about the CPs
