I am getting ready to crackle our butcher's block...
I am using the weathered-crackle glaze (not the porcelain)...
Anyone who has done this - did you find it worked better by applying it with a brush or a roller? Thanks in advance!!!!!!!

Re: Crackle faux-finish question...
I've only applied with a brush...nice, even strokes. I would think you'd have more control with the brush...but I'm not an expert - I've only done it a couple of times.

cp- Did you only brush in one direction, as opposed to up and down or side to side?? Thanks!!!!

Only in one direction - I think that's the way you're supposed to do it. You can vary the look by how long the stroke & by how much medium you apply on the brush.
