So I go into my bank account to find out that not only is the funds transfer I scheduled from my ING wedding savings into my checking account won't go through until MONDAY (not yesterday as planned), BUT the photographer cashed my deposit check. I BOUNCED A CHECK AND I'M FLIPPING OUT. I don't want him thinking that my FH and I are deadbeats!!!! I already sent him an e-mail profusely apologizing and promising to make it right. AHHHHHHHHH!!!!

That must be frustrating..I always find that when you don't need the money it takes 24 hours...when you DO need the money it take 48! HA. I'm sure your photogrpher will understand.

I don't see anything in the contract saying that it becomes null and void if we bounce a check, so phew to that. I'm just worried about how much the fees are going to cost us. Oh boy. . .at least I get paid this week!!!!!!!!!!

the interest rate is usually higher than that of a commerical or savings bank. they dont have branches so they dont need to pay as much for things like rent and heat and electric etc and workers salaries.. they all work pretty much straight from a call center and it's all electronic so they can afford to give higher interst rates.

for example.. the int rate at the bank where i work.. its like .45% for a savings account. with ING it's like 4%
