crappy eating habits?

Well - I'm the opposite - they make fun of me because all I want for dinner someitmes is broccoli. Thats it. Sort of crappy too because theres no protein....

believe it or not - not really!!!

Hey, we love broccoli in this house. My son eats whole heads of it himself on a regular basis!

Anyone else out there that has crappy eating habits that each night they don't know what to eat.......my Family makes fun of me all the time....=( my crappy eating habits are two fold...1 is that I have been the same weight for the past 5-7 years but whatever I do I can't lose weight b/c I don't heat a lot of veggies or fruits (I can name all the things I eat....LOL)....any Help would be great!

You're not alone, I have the same problem. I'm starting to do it at work too and it's not good! I buy fruit and veggies and really try to eat them but I never do. Like broccoli I can eat it if it;s covered in cheese, but that's way bad.

I don't to start going to the gym but my friends are lazy and my FH works out in the morning when I don't have time.
