My FH's family is perpetually 30 minutes late for everything. If my ceremony time is 12:00 sharp. Is it ok to make the invitations say half past eleven in the morning?
Looking for some advice from NW's especially :)

Re: Crashing - need advice on timming
I am not married yet but I had considered doing this. I got advice from a few others that are already married and they said to put the real time. I am hoping that people are considerate of the occasion and account for their lateness.
If not, their loss.

We put 15 minutes before start time - which worked out perfectly. I know others who also do 30 minutes and that also works, so this way you can get started right on the dot. Last thing you want is people walking in late in your ceremony, or important people missing the beginning of it. If anything, I'd put 15 minutes before actual start.

I don't see anthing wrong with it. Our BP is known for being late so I made our RD invites say 6:00 but it doesn't actually start until 6:30.
