Crashing- Timeline for Wedding Day (HELP!)

I am trying to run the day through my head and because I have such a late start for ceremony (8:00pm) I am wondering what time should/would I start the day?

Past Brides: How many hours did you need from the time you started until you started pictures?

Here's a rough outline of what I did...

7:30 start hair and make up at salon with me and 7 other girls
11:15am headed back to parents to each lunch & get dressed
12:50pm got dressed
1pm photographer came to start pics
2:30pm limo arrives to head to church
3pm ceremony

my ceremony was at 5pm so i would justsuggest starting like 2-3 hours after i did. we started hair and makeup at 8am because we did photos before the ceremony.

8-12 ladies getting ready at my house taking photos, guys at DHs
1:30-4 - photos at photo location with BP and families
5pm ceremony
7pm CH
8pm Reception
