Crashing- Timeline for Wedding day (HELP!)

I am trying to run the day through my head and because I have such a late start for ceremony (8:00pm) I am wondering what time should/would I start the day?

How many hours are you setting aside from the time you start getting ready until you start pictures?

2 hours before ceremony, pictures should start. Getting ready depends on how many are in your bridal party. 3 hours should be enough so I would say 3pm.
