Crazy FMIL Vent

I'm soooo crazy pissed off at my FMIL...she's a crazy bi***! YOu have no idea...

Ok...here's what happened... Keep in mind she's a full blown irish woman stuck on the old-irish terms of life....if that makes any sense. Well... FHs sister told him yesterday that she needed someone else to complete the team for bowling since someone bailed on her last min. FH said sure, and we were going there tonight. Sure enough, we're having basic talk with FMIL ... then she asks if anything is new since we last saw her... and FH said .. 'Nothing really...just that I'll be bowling with you tonight'...and OMG...she went NUTS! Started cursing him and FFIL out... saying that everyone was snakes in the grass and all this crazy-ness. OY! Said that it was her ONE night out..and didnt want her kids around!! Are you kidding me!?!?! FH lives with me.... and FSIL is married with two kids of her own with her own house...so it's not like she sees her kids often. I just couldn't believe that this is what I will be dealing with for the rest of my life. How can she not want her only 2 children to do a fun recrational sport that they all love while being togher? And, it's not like they would all be on the same team or anything...just the same league. Sorry... just needed to vent this out. FH is soo hurt and upset from the harsh words she said to him...even though he was holding himself toghetr sooo well all night. I dn't know what to do... I wanted to tell her off, btu I think that will just start off MORE drama then needed....

Anyone else dealing with having a crazy FMIL????
I hope that i'm not the only one... Geez... She's TOTALLY A NUT!! INSANE!!!!

OMG you poor thing! Thats so strange since neither of them live with her!!! Is your FH okay? HUGS!!! I guess just try to stay calm, and maybe invite her to your place instead of going to hers, sometimes people are less likely to be mean when they're out of their comfort zone. Good luck!!

Well...FH and I don't go over there too often... b/c I think when he still lived there we totally over-lived our welcome..but that was WELL over 2 years ago now. Uusally each time we go over there since it's been nothing but happniess and laughter.

It's funny b/c FH and his sis ALWAYS warned me about how nutty she can get...but I never believed it since she was ALWAYS sooo nice to me.

We have tried inviting her over.... she won't come... I think she has a control problem.. IDK. We even invited her out to dinner and she would yell at us that we can't afford eating out... SERIOUSLY?! How do you know our finacial situation..? AND< that was BEFORE the engagement! OY

FH is just lost in his music now...LOUD! Hopefully he won't disturb the neighbors. LOL. He's hurting bad... but he doen't like to talk about it till he cools off more.... hes not good iwth words when he's upset. I feel soo horrible for him.

Now FMIL makes MY MOM look TOTALLY SANE!!! HAHAHAHA

No..she was there...and totally didn't come NEAR her 2 kids and 2 grandchildren...! My FSIL was getting soooo mad... which i don't blame her.

And to think I was going to tell her (FMIL) what dress I wanted to have her wera.... SCREW THAT! She come naked for all I care now..I ain't fighting with taht whack-o! HAHAHA

Sylvester huh..? The head VP at my job is Marta Sylvester.... odd...since I never heard that name till her. Oh well...maybe they are related?? HAHA

Luckily I can't say FMIL is crazy, but no one ever really knows what's going to come out of her mouth! Like last night FH was talking about something and she made the most inane comment about one of his friends - we were like WHAT THE HELL?!?! As soon as we left we were going on about it! She is a nut

FMIL is definitely not one to talk things out - once she starts hearing something she doesn't want to she blatantly tries to change the subject or she just completely shuts off!!! So aggravating!

This must be something they brought over with them from the OLD country!
