Creative Compositions

My friend used Creative Compositions as her photographers and she swears by them....but they are pretty pricey. Is anyone else using them?

i know ive seen some girls on here use them, if you do a search im sure something will come up

they do have a great reputation and won alot of awards

there was also just a HORRIBLE experience post on them on the 07 board..

But, almost every vendor has a bad review!

i went to check them out...they werent really the style we were going for so it def helps to meet with them. we liked the retouched/creative pics but the others werent us.

my take - theyre traditional and u get the 1 photographer who is trad and then u can hire someone else that will do more 'photojournalistic' pictures.

i didnt like that they wrote CC all over the proofs etc and on my contract it said that u dont get digital images etc til a yr after when theyre released or something like that . i didnt ask them to clarify though. so it's mostly just personal preference and what u want etc.

I checked them out, beautiful work - just out of our price range for what I wanted.

I am going with Silverfox instead. They're in Massapequa.

How are Silverfox's prices? I saw them last night @ Fortunoff's and their pics are beautiful!

I thought they were reasonable.
I am getting my pics and video done from them.
I am going with a 13 x 19 magazine style album, parent albums, thank you cards, etc.
FM me - i'll give you what we paid.

I met with them and liked their work but we ended up using SilverFox.

Are they good yes -- are there others out there that are just as good or better yes. Are they worth the price -- if you like their style and can afford it. If don't want to spend that kind of money keep looking around -- you will find other photographers with great work at better prices.
