like the pancake kind of crepe?

It's a french thing. Like a pancake, only thinner, usually filled with something sweet and showered with confection sugar. But you can also have it for dinner if you fill it with meat or vegetables.

oops.. just noticed its crepe chiffon... nevermind. ty though...
