Anybody been there for a wedding? It looks pretty...and feedback?? Is it expensive or reasonable?
we were seriously considering cbc for our reception, however we were afraid it would be too cold at the end of october to have the cocktail hour outside. the place is stunning. great view. we went in august on an absolutely perfect day when they were setting up for a reception. it was beautiful. the food looked & smelled amazing & the tables outside were quite nice as well. for a saturday afternoon in the end of october they were asking for around $90 pp. i would imagine that a june saturday night would be up around $140- but thats just a guess. i would give them a call.
Price was a bit high and at a friends wedding you heard too much noise from the restaurant while the ceremony took place.
we ruled it out for the reason jennbaby mentioned...the restaurant is still open for business...and we wanted to be by ourselves...
Depends on when u get married We looked there for our June wedding on a Saturday night and it was 165.00 plus 20% garuity and Tax Too pricey and not worth it. the chairs and the colors made me think I was on an episode of the golden girls cause everything was green and pastel pink! but it is a beautiful place otherwise! JMO! wanted to look at the other one on the beach in Bayville and I got the nastiest attitude on the Phone he said I have to call ya back for an APPT. time and never called me back little punk,
GEE...NEVER THOUGHT THE GOLDEN GIRLS AT THE CRESCENT....BEEN THERE A FEW TIMES AND ALL I CAN SAY IS THE PLACE IS PURE CLASS AND IS ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACES FOR A WEDDING.
place is beautiful-definetley a lot of money-but if you can afford it-more power to ya! my friend is getting married there this July so I'll let ya know! LOL
