I'm a little nervous about what a DJ will look like on their stage... it looks like it calls for a band, but we're doing a DJ. Will it look too spacial up there?

I really don't like live 'additions' to DJ's to try to fill the space. I'm not really a fan of photo montages to fill up the space either.

Any other suggestions for filling up the space on the stage? Am I making a mistake by having a DJ instead of a band? I just really like hearing the 'real' singers do the songs at weddings. And I love the DJ we booked, I'm just worried because it looks like the room is built for a band.

Any suggestions?

I really don't think that it will be a big issue as most of the DJ's I've seen have so much equiptment that it tends to take up a lot of space. What I would suggest you do is speak with your BM and see if you could see the room with the DJ set-up prior to the actual wedding. Most BM's will allow this....

I'm a little worried about the stage too, b/c it's a pretty big stage.... Let me know if you find out any ideas!
