Just wondering if there are any Crest Hollow Brides out there?
I went and visited their site recently and got a really good impression from them. What room did you book? Heard anything good, bad, etc?
Does anyone have any pictures? Of the room, decorations? outdoor cocktail or cermony?
Thanks!

Re: Crest Hollow?
I saw the bridal suite. It was a decent sized room. They have a safe under the table to store your valuables. I also think they have different sized ones depending on the size of your bridal party.

Re: Crest Hollow?
I was there for an affair (not a wedding, so there was no cocktail hour) a couple of years ago and it was very nice. The food was great and they were really reasonably priced and great to work with!

One of my best friends got married there and it was so beautiful! The outside was beautiful here pictures are unbelievable! The food amazing! The reception rooms are very big! I say go for it! The only reason I didnt use them is because she did and I didnt want to have the same wedding as she did! :)

I got married there! I was definately happy with the place and the staff. Everything was beautiful! We had our ceremony and cocktail hour outside and had the reception in the suburban room. If you have any questions feel free to FM me.

I am getting married there in 23 days.. They have always been wonderful to work with and everytime i am there the place looks immaculate and beautiful.. Their prices were reasonable and their rooms were beautiful too.. I am getting married in the emerald room. The reason why i loved that room so much was because of the sunken dance floor. I thought it was original and different. I also like the fact that the emerald room was almost completely circular in shape.. It gave it a very cozy, quaint appeal.. FM if you have any questions.

Re: Crest Hollow?
If you have a big bridal party they will give you a HUGE bridal suite. I had a HUGE bridal party plus so many other people coming early who needed to change, store stuff and they gave us this HUGE room for the bridal suite. It was great- we had it all day.

I got married there this past May and they were fantastic. The food was amazing, the staff was perfect, and the bridal suite was huge. I think I had the same one as you Merf...(as from what I saw in the pics on NW).
We had Starlight for our ceremony, the Upper Terrace for our cocktail hour, and Suburban for our reception. It flowed beautifully..everything from one room to another seamlessly and we had the whole upstairs to ourselves.

Re: Crest Hollow?
It's long, but shorter than plaza I believe. (I guess you can say rectangular really), with a window at the back looking over the pool/grounds.

Re: Crest Hollow?
My prom was there last June. The cocktail hour outside by the pool was beautiful!! I am not sure which room our actual prom was in, but it was definitely very pretty. I know a prom is a lot different from a wedding, but it is definitely a really nice place. As for food, all I had eaten was the chicken parm and it was a little dry, but okay.

Misty,
How did you decorate the room? I love the idea of Tulle and lights but not sure if it'll work in a longer room.. thoughts?

I think the rooms also depend upon how many people you are planning on having.

Re: Crest Hollow?
We didn't have the tulle and lights for the ceremony. I saw it done when I went for our final meeting and just thought it was too much for my taste. The pedestals were enough with our centerpieces on them, and the huppah was decorated by Crest Hollow very tastefully. The ceremony in that room is really beautifully, and very romantic. People loved it.
These are a bit blurry, but you get the idea. The 'blue' wall in front of us is the window, it comes off darker in the photos, but you can see the grounds from it, and it makes a really beautiful backdrop. Photographs well too (when not taken by an amateur.lol).
ETA: Behind where everyone sits is a dark curtain, that is closed completely but for a 'doorway'..that is where everyone walks in. No one sees any of the bridal party or bride enter until they get to the doorway. The musicians are up front, off to the right.
