Your BM should be able to help you with that. We had the large ballroom upstairs (I can NEVER remember the name!)

I have 250 and will be in the Emerald room. They told me that room can hold 400.

just something to consider, i went to a wedding there over the summer, it was in one of the rooms upstairs...everytime someone had to use the bathroom you have to go downstairs, either in the elevator, or by stairs...it was annoying...just my opinion

i second this, when i went to a wedding in one of the smaller upstairs rooms, i hated having to go downstairs everytime i had to pee. i don't know the name of the room, but i had gone to one wedding in a room on the 1st floor on the right side towards the back. i want to say it had beautiful floor to ceiling windows that overlooked outside, but i might be mistaken (i guess i'm not so helpful afterall!)

Overall – I love Crest Hollow (especially the back – to take pictures!), so having the bathroom on the 1st floor was no big deal to me.
I see what you’re saying though …. so that is something to consider, before finalizing with CH. I was limited to places (since not too many places accommodate 500+ people).
