I was in a wedding there a couple of years ago and it was one of the most amazing weddings I've ever been to. It's really a gorgeous place to get married!

Re: Crest hollow
Ok Girls- Sorry I havent been online this week but the wedding on sunday was great!! I apologize for not knowing the name of the room but I will describe so hopefully you will be able to figure it out.
We were dropped off and greeted nicely at the door, given ample instruction as to where to go which was very helpful. Every 20 feet or so someone was there to help if we needed it. Coat check was fast and friendly.
We went upstairs for the ceremony, p the stairs and to the left. Beautifully decorated. I'm not sure if it was the bride or the place but the tulle on the ceiling helped create the ceremony feel. They passed champagne during the cereomony but there wasnt enough...just in case you are concerned about it might want to give a heads up. They used the curtain to separate where the bridal party was lined up and it was real nice they did a great job of keeping it secret. The cocktail hour was on the same floor just down the hall. Very very nice! The food was great! The had a martini bar, not sure if thats an add on but they were delicious! Again I ate myself stuffed! One thing I might want not love if I was the bride is that they flashed the lights as if in a bar to notify people its tiime to move on to the reception. Would have been nicer to just notify using people but not a big deal at all.
Reception was downstairs, large room, with stairs down to the room...railing around the dance floor...bride and groom on left side.
Nicely set up, apparently there was a wedding that ended right before theirs and there was no sign of anything. nothing left and no people around that weren't with 'our' wedding.
The used the band Gothem which was great...everyone danced!
The bridal party came down the stairs into the room which was fun...just be careful!
nice that the bride and groom are raised up a bit bc we could see them and couuld hear the best man/maid of honor, and brides father perfectly!!
The food was great, we were short 2 seats at our table so i shared, not a big deal at all bc i was stuffed from cocktail hour and was looking to dance. I don't eat dessert but everyone was enjoying it!
Ummm again they flashed the lights when the wedding was over but no complaints realy. valet was quick at the end of the night as was coat check.
I probably left a lot out feel free to ask me any questions!!
You have nothing to worry about Crest Hollow brides!

Thank you sooo much. That is actually the emerald room where the reception was. I will be having my reception in that room.
Did they have chair covers?

Re: Crest hollow
Hey thanks for the review!!! It was a great help. From the way you described the reception room you were in, it sounds like it was the Emerald Room. That's the room on the first level. Then I believe the Starlight and Plaza room on the second level.
Hey would you be able to tell me appx. how many ppl the ceremony room can accomodate up to? I'm having appx. 200 guests, and I fear they may not all fit in there. What do you think?
Your review just made me so excited about my wedding!! =)
