Crest Hollow Brides

Hello All!!!

I just booked Crest Hollow for 9-5-10. There is no thread on here for Crest Hollow brides so I thought I would start one!!

We will be havinh our cocktail party outside and reception in the Starlight room. Our ceremony is in Cure of Ars church in Merrick.

hey ladies....I didnt realize that the open bar in my package was just premium liquors....i upgraded it to top shelf. Just wanted to let you all know so that you check your contract. fm me if you have any questions

Everything looks great!! I love the one f someone in the pool..was that DH?? That's my biggest fear about the pool area!!!

Thanks! DH was dying to jump in that pool ever since we booked. At the end of the night he was thrown in. lol. He loved it.

lol! thats how I was!! towards the end of the party, DH kept asking, if he could get thrown in. I wouldn't allow it until the VERY end. It was so hot outside, I was tempted to go in as well!

I checked on this after I saw your original post and it was just premium liquors. Not sure if I will upgrade or just have them uncork 1-2 top shelf liquors that I really want. We'll see.

Where did everyone do their hotel blocks? I am looking into Four Points Sheraton and they gave me a rate of $145 for guests. Anyone else?

I did the marriott in melville. I think we got $129 or $139, I cant remember. We also got a free suite for the night of.

That sounds great! Do they have a shuttle and how far away are they from CHCC?

I had my wedding reception at Crest Hollow on 8-2-09. I had an awesome time and Crest Hollow was great. They even packed up 2 dinners for us at the end of the night. We never even asked them to do this. Plus my bridal attendant was awesome because she sew on a groomsmans button that fell of and spent time taking stains out of my dress. She was awesome.

Check my album for pics. Look at the pictures where I am in a wedding dress - this was at Crest Hollow.

Edited to add - Reception was in the Grand Ballroom

We blocked huntington hilton such a nice hotel inside and a good little restaurant

Hi Ladies
I'm also getting married at CHCC on 6/10/11!!! Wooohooooooooooooo can't wait, we booked the Emeral Room for our reception and our ceremony and cocktail will be held outside. I beliee our cocktail hour will be by the pool side!!!
So glad to see that we have a thread going for the CHCC brides... I'm excited!!! My BM is Eric...he's the best, we' ve had great interactions thus far....

Thanks for the info on the Marriott and Hilton. I will give them a call tomorrow. Do you know if they have shuttles?

Eric is also my BM and hopefully we will have the outdoor reception. I will decide when its closer. I'm excited.

Can any of the past brides let me know how the food was? I've heard good things, but some old threads said otherwise
