I just booked Crest Hollow for 9-5-10. There is no thread on here for Crest Hollow brides so I thought I would start one!!
We will be havinh our cocktail party outside and reception in the Starlight room. Our ceremony is in Cure of Ars church in Merrick.

What florist thing? That we can only use a house florist?
I talked to Eric and it seems to be a new things for brides that booked in 09. Luckily I booked in Dec 08, so i just made the cut off.

I didnt know about this and I booked an outside florist!!! Seriously, I even ASKED if we had to use CHCC vendors and I was told no!! I was shocked when I heard this!
Not sure what im supposed to do!

If they didn't tell you that you had to use a house florist, and, more importantly, didn't include it in your contract, then I don't think it should be a problem as long as your florist has the necessary insurance.

I wasn't told this either but if you look on your contract next to house florist there's a little check mark (at least on mine) but I wasn't told this at booking. I'm sure if you bring it up to them it shouldnt be a problem you already booked them.

I am seriously upset about this florist thing. Especially because we priced around and have gotten better deals from outside vendors. Don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

talk to your BM and ask what to do...honestly I really dont see how they can absolutely require you to use one of their own vendors when you can find it cheaper elsewhere!!!! if this was told ot you at booking i would call up and ask about it...they have to work something out for you.
