crest hollow brides...... same day rehearsal ?!?!!?!?

I just spoke to my bm to schedulea rehearsal for my wedding and he said it will happen right b4 the wedding. Right BEFORE!!!?!? This is so weird to me especially since my wedding is at 11 AM. Is this normal?!

I was in a wedding at Crest Hollow and they just gave us a quick walk through right before. Everything turned out perfect...

Its pretty typical. Our venue is making us do the same, and I've been to a wedding in Crescent Beach club that did it that way too. They typically give you about 30 min to practice before the ceremony.

our hall does it that way too. we are opting out and just basically going over everything at our rehearsal dinner two days before the wedding. i wrote out an entire script and layout of the ceremony so everyone knows what's going on. i will be handing them out to each member of the bridal party/family the week before our date

From what I've heard from my reception hall, photographer and the officiants it's pretty standard. The BM will just show you were to walk/stand

Yes I know I was stressed about this as well but I hear it's pretty simple. They will be dressed for the occasion so they will be on point. It will all work out.

Yes...that is exactly what we did and I wasn't even there! I was able to hang out in the bridal suite and just watch from the window while I had 10 minutes to myself!

Yea i'm getting married this sunday & im getting a walk through right before, but we did go over the ceremony with out officiant so we know what we're supposed to do for the most part. We're arriving at Crest Hollow at 9:30am (very early!) for pictures & do a 'reveal' so im hoping we'll have time to go over everything, my ceremony is at 11:30am!
