Crest Hollow Espresso Bar?

I'm looking over my packet and forgot that the 'International Espresso Bar' is included. I am not doing a Viennese so how does this work? Do they roll it out? Just offer it table to table? Thanks!

Crest Hollow Espresso Bar?

I think it's more of a bar rolled out onto the dance floor when the whole cake thing is going on. I don't remember it being included in our package though, I'll have to take a look later!
