I wish i could have my CH outside at the pool its so nice.

For my centerpieces Im doing my favors full wine bottle in the middle one for each person at the table. Im also doing votives and rose petals very simple.
Im using white linens to brighten the room.
My colors are black and pink so the white will match prefectly.

Whos doing chair covers I never heard back from Mitchell if I could use an outside vendor??

i think u have to use their vendor at that because of the 'irregular shape of their chairs' whatever the heck that means..

i think they were somewhere between 3-5 per chair..

i am doing full wine bottle also!! i'm doing my own labels but i ordered tags off of ebay.. i'm not doing wine bags though.. that i'm not gonna bother with..

We are doing chair covers and going with their vendor...but I think you could use an outside one...what is nice is that my BM kept that price separate because he could get it for a flat rate...no tax :)

I am so excited about my flowers...they are hard to describe...we a re doing all tall because we are in the Starlight which is huge and we need to fill it. We have a tree bark type tall stand with a bed of all colored flowers, leafs etc and then huge stems of willow (like a tree) the willow has hanging candles. At the base will be votives and candles...My florist loves to use candles so they will be EVERYWHERE...that will put a nice glow on the room since it is a little dark.

God I can't wait!!!

I absolutely want candles everywhere crest hollow told me they have votives so when I have my meeting next week Im going to ask about them if they dont provide alot I will get more

Girls - for those of you having your CH outside, are you using any decoration for tables etc?

If so, what are your plans?

I'm not sure if I even need to think about that - and have not met with a florist yet for ideas.

Hey girls! It sounds like everyone is making great progress!! As far as the votives go, in my meeting last week, they said they provide 4 votives or 4 tall candles per table. I already have 3 candles on my centerpieces, so I hope that will be enough. How many candles are you guys having on each table. I'm in the starlight room as well, so I want to as much as I can to accentuate the space.

I'm having a really tall vase for the CP, so I think it'll just stick with the voties - I'm in the Plaza room (I think... that's the one upstairs with the white gauze hanging all over the ceilings...).

im in the emerald room and I am doing at least 10 votives per table i bought my own because 4 wasn't enough I love candles and it will look cool.
has anyone gotten married there from liwedding this year yet?? i wanna see pictures from there that are recent I love the lights on the trees when you drive in and was told they take them down some time in March I am praying they do it after my wedding

I believe you start choosing your menu stuff 6-8 weeks before the wedding. According to my BM she said that the menu's constantly changing and upgraded.

What abour table cloth and linens, you girls know if we get to choose the colors we want?

Yep, you get to choose between white, ivory, burgandy and one other color I forget...or if you like you can always rent your own linens depending on what your color scheme is. I'm going with the ivory since I think it goes well with all the burgandy in the room and will lighten up the room a bit. I'm in the starlight room, what rooms are you girls in?

we had the ceremony and reception there.
Plaza room was our ceremony
Emerald Room was reception.

Everything was absolutely beautiful - your girls have nothing to worry about

I'm having my ceremony in the Garden, and my Reception in the Plaza. I'm super excited, i just can't wait to get all the fun stuff done, linen, menu, decorations, etc...!!!!

we are having our ceremony there and it will be inside, so we were going to have every one toss rose petals, as we walk down the aisle together after the 'i do's'
