how far in advance did they call you to set up your meeting?

you have time...i believe they told me they contact you 4-6 weeks in advance. However i contacted them about 12 weeks in advance bc my father wanted to fly in from out of state for the meeting...they were not happy about booking a meeting so far in advance but they did.

They called me like 5 weeks before and we made a meeting for the following weekend. At that meeting we went over details, chose our menu, chose our linens and picked any extras we wanted like VH or extra stations for CH. Once that was done they gave us a mock bill for what our final balance will be.
They have you come back 12 days before the wedding to pay the final balance and hand in the paper work that they give you at the 3 week meeting. You also have to give them all your seating cards that day, a list of all you guests in alphabetical order and one of your invitations.
I'm meeting with them Sunday

Hey love, Thanks for offering to scan, but I got the packet!! I went home after work and it was sitting in my mailbox! A bit wet from the rain, but still good!
