Crest Hollow Menu Choices HELP!

Hi all,

I am going to pick my menu soon so need some help from those that have tried these dishes!

Chicken:

Medallion of Chicken Maison (rolled and stuffed with Fontina Cheese & Fresh Spinach)

Chicken Toscana (Boneless brest of grilled chicken topped with fresh brocolli and melted mozarella)

Boneless Breast of Capon Florentine (Stuffed with seasonal fresh spinach)

Chicken Chanterelle (with Sauteed Fresh Mushrooms and Seasoned Grains)

Fish:
Norwegian Salmon (Baked with fresh dill or sauce dijonnaise)

St. Peters Livonese (Flaky white fish prepared with plum tomato and fresh garlic)

PLEASE PROVIDE SUGGESTIONS.. I need to pick 1 fish and 1 chicken dish. Also if you remember any to die for cocktail hour item, please share as well!

Thanks!!

Re: Crest Hollow Menu Choices HELP!

My sister had the first chicken on your list at Crest Hollow, from what I remember, it was really good!!!

I would choose the salmon, only because I think most people who would want fish would choose salmon. But that's my my personal opinion!!! :) I know that's the fish we are choosing for our crest hollow menu.

as far as cocktail hour...????? I didn't get anything at my sisters, since I was busy being her MOH and taking pics w/the family.

We had the medallion chicken and the St. Peters Livonese (I believe this is tilapia).
Everything was great!

I used to work there. I would pick the medallions maison and the salmon. Those two dishes are awesome.

As far as the cocktail hour, I would do a pasta station, the mussels and clams oreganata, the beef and broccoli, and the seabass. Actually anything you chose will be awesome though.

I've never been there but I think I'd like the first chicken and the second fish- but I don't really like Salmon
