Does anyone know the cake flavors and fillings offered by Dortoni?

Definitely! I'll give Dortoni a call tomorrow and ask if they can send me a list or something.

I'm really, really hoping they'll do a funfetti cake.

Crashing - 2011 bride here - I actually did a tasting at Dortoni's in 2010 - not sure if they do that anymore, but definitely worth giving them a call!

they didn't give us a full cake to try just some pieces and different fillings, etc.

Just had my cake tasting last week. The woman on the phone when I scheduled asked what we liked and when we got there we tried both chocolate and yellow cake with chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache, raspberry mousse, strawberry mousse, casada (canoli) and vanilla custard with fresh strawberries and bananas. We were able to choose one cake and two fillings so we chose yellow cake with casada and custard with fresh strawberries and bananas. Everything was so yummy!
