so i'm using them right now and theyre little uncomfty i feel like the gel is all over my gumarea is this normal?

yes, they are uncomfortable and the gel kind of leaks out. hang in there - 1/2 hour to go

try as best you can not to talk....its hard, but it'll help keep them in place

I'm not talking at all, i just hope theyre staying put. and tying to keep my mouth closed too. LOL 15 more minutes. My mom was laughing at me because the first 5 minutes it looked like Iwas drooling

so when i take them off do i brush my teeth rinse?

I love them. I used them no joke like two years ago and to this day I still have people saying your teeth are so white. I will start using them again come Feb... Stick with it .. it really works and it is cheaper then going to get your teeth white... best of luck

I used them.... I just wore them in the shower and while I was getting ready..... otherwise I would go crazy cause of the taste.... hated it!!!!
