Crest white strips????????

My dentist recommended Crest White strips as the best over the counter remedy to whitening teeth. I used them before my wedding. I did see a difference However, they are a little difficult to keep evenly on your teeth. My husband still jokes that the right side of my mouth was whiter than the left.
Plus, they taste kind of gross.

my FH and I both use Crest white strips and they definitely work for us..

plus it helps to invest in a good toothbrush as well...we use Sonicare toothbrushes and they also make a huge impact..they are great!

Anyhow.. here's a concern you need to be aware of.

The improvement is usually gradual which is alright, however if you smoke drink a lot of coffee or have particular teeth that are more yellow than others remember this....

It's a strip.....

It does NOT cover your whole tooth. The reason I say this is the people I know (which isn't directly Crest but other who have knowledge) have told me the major complaint so far is 'Zebra Teeth'.

Meaning since the strip doesnt actually get into the crevices or in the parts where one tooth touches the other, that part isnt bleached. It can cause it to look like you have stripes of yellow interacting with flat stripes of white (your whiten tooth).

So there are always pros and cons.

Ditto that.. we use the Sonicare Tooth brush too.. its amazing how much that alone has cleared up our teeth.

We dont use any bleaching.

My dentist gave me the Brite Smile treatment as a gift for our engagement (only a dentist right?) but I want to talk to her about how long i need to use it and how.
