They worked great for me - worked better to do top's first then the bottom's. For some reason when I did them both simultaneously, the bottom's would slide all over the place.

Plan on trying the 7-day just b4 my wedding.

I was suspecious too, but after about 3 days I noticed a difference. My teeth are def. whiter. If you can, use them with Colgate Simply White toothpaste, they work well together.

do they make your teeth sensitive like the other whitening kits do?

Re: crest white strips?

I use them and my teeth are sooo much whiter than they were before. Yes my gums were a little sensitive but that goes away

Re: crest white strips?

I just went to the dentist today and she recomeded that I use one of the ones that you paint on. Her reasoning made a lot of sense. She said the white stips work good only if your teeth are perfectly straight so teh strip fits on properly. Also they don;t get the rounded parts of ur teeth (meaning it dosn't exactly mold to ur teeth). She said if you paint the stuff on u have more control and if u have sensitive gums u dont have to paint all the way to the gum to go just below it.

Also she said that they recommed that u do it for 14 days but you could go 28days with out any bad effects. It dosnt make ur teeth sensitive that 28 days would be too long.

Hope this helps it just made sense to me when she said it.
