I want to do something to whiten my teeth and I remember people saying they had good results with Crest White Stripes. I looked online for them and there are so many different types. Which ones should I get and what is a good price?

i got the 14 day ones and i got a super deal, they may or may not be running still i think they started at $44.99, then CVS had a sale for $10 off. $34.99 - $7 coupon i found somehwere (online or in the sunday paper)= $27.99 . then they had a mail in rebate for $10 but i havent gotten that back yet. once i do they would cost $17.99!

I use the Crest White Strips 3D Advanced Seal. I like this one the best because the strips don't slide off like other ones I have used in the past but beware they make your teeth very sensitive. I have to use them before bed and even when I wake up they are sensitive

I use them! I actually used to work for a dentist for many years and I always wanted to get the professional whitening but my teeth cannot handle it.
If you use the stronger ones, you can space it out if it starts to hurt your teeth.
I am using the gentle ones right now, I just found them in the store and they have made my teeth whiter already.

Thanks ladies. :) I'm worried about them hurting my teeth, but I'm also worried that if its too many days, I won't keep up with it. How far in advance of the wedding are you guys doing it? I drink a lot of coffee, am I better off doing now and right before, or just do right before?

I do it randomly here and there and I will probably do it everyday maybe a month leading up to the wedding. I also sprinkle baking soda on my tooth brush which helps!

Crest White Strips
i started last month because I am having dental work done and it has to match. but my teeth got two shades lighter within a month, but it all depends on your teeth.
when you are drinking coffee, wine, grape juices, etc. drink with a straw. and rinse your mouth out with water. I know it seems like alot but it really does work!!

That is def true or take it a step further and try to brush during the day as well. I knew a girl who got her teeth whitened and every morn after her coffee and after lunch she would be in the bathroom brushing her teeth to keep up with the results.
