FH and i just started a 10 day whitestrips program before the e-pics and e-party...and it was tooo funny to see FHs reaction to the whole thing!!
First he looks at the box....'10 DAYS?????? I have to do this for 10 DAYS????''
so then we go to put them on, they're on, he looks at me and says, 'so what like 5 minutes we take them off?' and i tell him its a half hour....'WHATTTT?????? R U KIDDING ME??'
then to top it all off, when the half hour ended, and he goes to leave my house, i tell him, 'don't forget to do ur last set of strips later!'
LOL i almost peed myself.....he starts again, 'i have to do this TWO TIMES a day??? for a HALF HOUR each time???'
he doesn't have a choice basically, which is what i told him, but it was funny to see the reaction....
as joanna described me and my picture posting probs yesterday, it was a timeline of frustration to anger!!

lol thats funny!!! At least he wants to whiten his teeth though and you dont have to fight to get him to do that!!!!

Hahaha that is a really funny story, I can actually hear the way he reacted. I'm totally making my FH use them before the wedding as will I :)
Let me know how those work, I was thinking of doing teeth whitening at the dentist before the wedding but this is a much cheaper option. I'm concerned though because I had to get work done on my teeth cause the whitening toothpaste was wearing away all the enamel on my teeth and now I can only use sensodyne. So I'm not sure if I should use these....

there was a free sample at walmart.com.. type in 'free smaples' in the search box.. they might still be available.

also, find out when spa week in ny is..
theres tons of offices that do whitening for 50$..even on long island

if the whitening toothpase was wearing away your enamel then i would definitely stay away from the crest white strips..they are much stronger..they made my teeth really sensitive for lik 3 months after i used them, and if you already use sensodyne, then that might be a problem
also, my dentist reccommends the whitening mouth wash

i didnt know it was 2x a day for 30 minutes too? ghee. that makes getting it done at the dentist a lot more attractive!

ya see id much rather spend the 40 bucks i spent, wear the strips for the 30 mins at a time...(i sit down n watch a tv show and its done, or shower, or do some school work) so its not really inconvenient....i like that option better than spending how every many hundreds to sit with that huge thing in my mouth for an hour or so w/the light shining on me as i drool all over myself!!! LOL
ive used the whitestrips before when i was 18...4 years ago, and if u look at my picture more close up (like if u click on my name) u can see my teeth r still pretty white...so i know that they work well for me, and i didnt have an issue w/the sensitivity...
ill do it now before the engagement stuff, and then again before the wedding!!!
i dont smoke cigarettes or drink coffee or drink much soda so thats y they stay white i guess...
FH does all of the above...so he REALLY needs it lol
