crinoline slip

Hi

I am borrowing a slip from a friend but i notice the poofy part is just at the bottom is that normal for a full slip?

Has the crinoline been folded or bunched up for a while? Maybe it's just flattened out and needs to be fluffed. Mine is bigger at the bottom than the top, but there is some poofiness (is that a word?) throughout the whole thing.

Crinoline comes A-line, one tier, two-tier, ballroom, a fuller ballroom and then a full hoop skirt. It sounds like you're describing either single tier or a-line. If you have a ballroom gown that probably isn't the right crinoline for you.
