Crock pot pulled pork

This is a good one for Southern Style pulled pork.

4lb pork butt or shoulder
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small can of chopped jalapenos
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup apple cider/apple juice
3/4 cup BBQ sauce

Put all ingredients in the crock pot.

Cook on low setting for 10 hours.

Pork should be falling apart.

Shread pork with two forks, discarding fat & bones.

Put pork back in sauce that's in the crock.

Heat through & serve on buns.

YOU MUST keep the pork in the sauce or else it will dry out and be VERY nasty.

My DH LOVES this.
Great for football on sunday!
