Cross Post from 08: New York Bar Help Needed

Hi girls!

I am trying to think of ideas for a bachelorette get together. I was thinking of dinner at Carmines or at Mangi e bevi.

I have no ideas for bars to head out to afterward. Can anyone recommend a bar that has good, fun music (not techno/house) where we can just dance and have good drinks?

I was going to say Sutton Place. I love that bar. It has 3 floors and a rooftop, which might be too cold when you go. I was just there last week and had a lot of fun!

I think La Caverna is fun. It's underground, looks like a cave & has a good DJ who plays a decent mix. WE always go buzzed...but we have lots of fun. It's no velvet rope place...but it's a blast.
