Crown moulding AND chairrails?

Crown moulding AND chairrails?

As I mentioned the other day we are having crown molding put up in our dining room. Originally I wanted a chairrail as well because I wanted to have 2 different coordinating colors on the wall. Is that too much?

Does anyone have any pics they can post of a room with a chairrail and crown molding?

Not sure what a chairrail is...is it moulding that goes in the middle? If so I have 2 pictures I have saved. Hope this helps. I love the way this looks.

Thanks Kim! Also I did get your FM and will get you the name and number once I talk to him, since he is family and all. Today he knocked down the wall. I should take pics as the progress goes along.

I have chair rails and moulding as well. This pic is from the original owners. We just painted the upper half almost the same color as the first set of pics posted (a light cream).
