Has anyone( or know of anyone) been on the Royal Carribbean cruise ship Oasis of the Seas? We are thinking of taking that for our honeymoon, just wanted to get some opinions. Thanks!

Hi! I went with my fiance on 'Oasis of the Seas' last year and really enjoyed it. Our favorite stop was Bahamas as we did the 'Atlantis' tour. We had a blast on the water slides. Chop Grille restaurant was really good and the breakfast and lunch in the main dining on the top deck was really good. Also I was obsessed with that ice cream parlor, next to the carousel, near Johnny Rockets. It was yummy. Overall, the cruise ship itself is pretty new and the room was clean. We had a balcony room with ocean view. The room overall was pretty spacious.
We are doing the 'Quantum of the Seas' for our honeymoon. Can't wait as it's a new ship. :o)

Never went on the Oasis, but I am a big fan of all things RCC. My most recent cruise was Carnival, and I had to stop trying to compare the two, it just didn't live up to my experience with RCC.
Just booked my bahamas cruise honeymoon on the Enchantment of the Seas

I wanted to go out of New York so were booking Norwegian breakaway I think.

The quantum looks awesome but I see there's not a lot of dates for 2015. None in May. Wonder if they will add.

You're right the dates are much later in the year. We are doing our honeymoon cruise in December 2014. We were trying to do one in September but Quantum doesn't set sail until November 2014.

Thanks ladies!! I'm going to keep my eye out for the Quantum dates too but I think we are leaning towards the Oasis

FH & I took a cruise to Florida & Bahamas on Norwegian Jewel.. We had a great time any of you find Royal Carribean to be better because we are considering taking a cruise for our honeymoon...
