i do not know about the wristbands. I dont think i have ever seen them. BUT..i have seen people wear something beind their ears. Its somthing that sticks to you...not very noticable. It looks like a small white sticker. i think you can get them at CVS or any drug store.
Good luck :)

Oh and Ive never used the sea bands... I always take Bonine instead... works like dramamine but doesnt make you sleepy... I take it before it even get on the ship so it has time to kick in and then i think i take 1 pill every morn and im fine

I have used the sea bands many times and on much smaller boats then cruise ships and they really do work.....no need for pills so you should have no side effects....

Good luck

Honestly, I get seasick on small boats (and when I was little, in the car) and I didn't need to use any kind of med. on any of our cruises. I brought bonine just in case, but never had to use it. I found that on my first cruise (after a night of heavy drinking), I was a little nautious from being hungover plus the slight rocking of the boat, lol. So, just be careful with how much you drink, and you really shouldn't have any issues with seasickness.

Yea, my sister said she took the pills and ended up in her room sleeping and felt exhausted so Im trying to stay clear of those.

Ive noticed that the bands look puffy looking. Are they? lol I dont think I want to walk around in a nice outfit with light blue fuzzy wristbands looking like Im about to play tennis LOL!!!!!!!
