Where is the best place to buy it? I want to bling out votive candles . I was in Michaels today but they didn't have the banding.

I'd just do a google search to find what you're looking for unless you're willing to take a trip into Manhattan. There are a lot of fabric and trim stores in the garment district a la Mood. There is a fabric and trim store on Merrick Rd. in Merrick too, I believe it's called Trim and Things (though I could be very wrong about that). I'd also check out JoAnn's Fabrics on Old Country Rd (?), though I think the internet or a specialty shop in Manhattan would have a greater selection and more unique options. I got mine on ebay. That was where I found it the cheapest but I also saw some on etsy. Blinging my votives and tealight holders was my FAVORITE DIY. I wish I still had more to do LOL
