My BMs are fighting about what to do for my bachelorette party (it doesn't help that 2 of them are in a big fight and are essentially not speaking except to discuss my bachelorette party). Someone comes up with an idea and then other people reject it. The bachelorette party was supposed to be a surprise, but now with everyone fighting, the girls basically told me what they plan on doing (I was looking forward to being surprised since their attempt to surprise me for my shower didn't really work ) . We're going to Lucky Chengs so I will get my 'bachelorette' experience. One of them wanted to go to the Culture Club. I've never been there and would love to go at some point. The problem is I think the cover is expensive so even if we're not having a great time, people will want to stay a while b/c they paid a big cover. Others will complain about the cover. Is this a place that's worth going to for a bachelorette party or should we just take our chances and bar hop throughout the night?

Go to Red Rock Salon... I don't think there is a cover.

Call ahead to the culture club and tell them it is a BP and you get a discounted rate of $10. I think regularly it is $20.

I think that's right; or you can just call and ask to be on theguest list but it's the same $10. It is really fun there if you like 80s music!

start at culture club-they specialze in BP's and when you guys get real hammered or bored head over to red rock ( 16th and 10th)..
The cover for culture club should not be all that expensive

I LOVE CC!! I went to that place for a BP for a friend. We went to naked boys singing and then to CC. So much fun!! Go go go... you will have the best time.
Sorry about the fighting going on.. there is some drama going on here and people are bitching about money for my BP..Give me a break. People don't know how much it hurts when they make rude comments or say mean things. It is all supposed to be FUN!!

Culture Club can be over $20 on some nights.... especially on Saturdays.
Guest list closes at either 11 or 12midnite so you have to get there early.
But call and find out. I used to work/DJ there but its been a while since I have been there so they may have changed things.
Are these girls that poor that they can't enjoy a good night out and not ***** about a cover? Geez.

I think some of them would complain b/c it's a cover on top of all of the other expenses of the night (drinks, dinner, etc). Some of them are financially stable while others are struggling a bit. It wouldn't surprise me at all if I hear comments that night about the cover and/or cost of the night. What really made me angry money-wise was I found out from my mom that my BMs told my aunt she had to split the cost of my bridal shower with the other BMs because my 10 year old cousin was a jr. bridesmaid. I was really surprised they did that.

I have been a bridesmaid and a good friend to many and although weddings were a major struggle when I worked 2 jobs just to pay the rent I never bitched or complained..now it's my turn and my mother is complaining about the date and Bm about toning down expenses...SHUT THE F UP...I want to yell!!! Sorry! It is starting to get to me!

definitely go to the culture club!!!! we try to get there a few times a year, its TONS of fun, not too expensive (IMO)and i cant imagine someone not enjoying it!!!!

go to CC. its fun for a bachelorette party, i had mine there and if you love 80's music you'll have a blast. the drinks are kind of expensive but we brought 2 coolers of beer/liquor in the limo so we were pretty lit by the time we got there and really just danced!!!
