I looked into this briefly... I found the prices to range from around $2.50-5.00 and up.

Some companies that do this are:
Sugar Chic
Buttercup Bake Shop
Sugar Sweet Sunshine
My Little Cupcake
Desserts by Tawny Ong
Crumbs Bakery

Hey!
My SIL just did this for my nephews birthday!!

She found an AMAZING place that made the cupcakes individually boxed and they were AWESOME. She had them make little baseballs on each out of fondant

if u want the info fm me! they were 2.00 a cupcake!

ooo I second! Crumbs has the most delicious cupcakes. Everytime it's one of my friend's birthday at work I always bring them one!

Try Baked by Melissa. They are mini cupcakes but they look awesome!

They are 100 cupcakes for $70, by the way.
