curly-haired girls

so my MOH has SUPER curly hair and isnt sure how she wants to do her hair for my wedding.

how are you ladies getting your hair done? who is doing your hair? she hasnt had any luck finding a hairdresser who knows how to do her hair, let alone find someone for my wedding!

I'm straightening it and then recurling it...my BM is a hairdresser so she is doing it.

I'm not sure how I'm doing it though...and lately when I do that all the curls fall out so I have no idea what we'll do

My sister has suuuuper curly hair too... she is putting her hair up... if they do it right out of the shower they will blow dry her hair straight (or wavy)... her hair will never be straight, unless she uses a flat iron

My hair is super thick and curly and unruly. I'm pulling it all back, low in the back of my head. I would love to be able to work with my natural curls, but I'm getting married in July, so I really don't want to risk looking like a poodle all day!

I haven't found a hair person yet. I think I may have a lead, but she's in Brooklyn--sorry!!

This is what I used to do whenever I wanted it curly. Straighten it and then have it re-curled.

She's going to travel to me, but she is a family friend, and I'm only getting ready in Rockaway. I will definitely find out the next time I talk to her, though!

my hair is super curly and coarse. i'm blowing it out myself the day before (no one gets my hair straighter than I do) and then day of my stylist will do my half up do/side ponytail/whatever i'm having done lol

i've never had my stylist leave my hair curly... so i can't recommend based on that.
