I have a solitaire engagement ring which FH bought from Blue Nile. Those who are familiar with Blue Nile probably know that most of their rings have low settings. So my diamond will push the wedding ring a bit creating a space. I think I want a small wedding band with pave set or prong set diamonds going halfway around. I came across this on Blue Nile but it has a curve. I don't know if that is good or bad.. I mean it's good when I wear it with the e-ring but what if for whatever reason I may want to just wear my wedding band... will it look weird??
I had considered a curved wedding band because of the shape of my e-ring (the stones are all heart shaped). I decided to go with a non-curved band because there are times that I will want to wear the band alone. I had to try on a number of bands, but eventually found one that fit nicely with my e-ring. Try on lots of things, even if it doesn't immediately grab you when you see it in the case.

I have a curved wedding band but its an eternity band that was made to match my e-ring since that is an eternity band and if I ever want to wear it alone I can just turn the curved part inside so you wont know. THats another option you have. Or you can go to a jeweler and have it custom made.
We went to the jeweler where my husband had my ring made to have our bands made so custom made may be another option.
OR just leave it with the space Ive seen that on women and it still looks nice even though there is a small gap. If the gap is small enough its not a big deal =) It will still look beautiful!

Yeah, I plan on mostly wearing my wedding band by itself, with the e-ring only on special occasions... so I was going for a straight up band, no curve
but I never thought of the eternity band and spinning it around depending on if I'm wearing the ering or not, that's all kinds of genius

I don't think it will look weird. I also have a solitaire and got curved wedding bands. When they are by itself the curve is so slight.
