Curves...

Has anyone joined, and if so.... what do you think of the program??

I joined after people were talking about it on the board. I love it...my mom joined too. I don't go three days and you can really notice a difference.

My mom and cousins had joined briefly but come to think of it they only went for like a month. Im considering dooing it as well. I belong to NYSC right now but I hardly go and am paying $62 a month. I was think of curves though as well so Id be interested as well as some feed back.

my BM has/had the same prob... she was at NYSC, and she wasn't going, and was just wasting her $, but she has been going for the past 2 days, and she insists that she can tell a difference already.... i told her to go for a month, and to give me her results!

It is a chain of weight loss centers for women. It is a 30 minute workout, where you alternate between cardio and resistance training every 30 seconds. I need to lose like 10lbs and would like to gain muscle tone. I have lost about 4 pounds since November and my arms are not flabby anymore.

There is one opened up near by gym, jsut this month, but they close at 8pm, too early for me.

The weight and measure you so that you can keep track of how well you are doing, but I don't know how many inches I lost because I gained like 2 in my 'jacked' arms.

I just went to there website and there is one right up the block from my house. Im goign to have to go check it out. I just have no motivation to go to the gym but i think if it was for only a 1/2 hour which this is id have more motivation.

I've been going since October and I love it. But I get lazy about going sometimes. When you do go 3x a week you feel and see a difference!

I do know you could pay monthly (a little extra) or join im guessing yearly. But its not expensive i know that. I want to say the first class is free, you can go and try it out before you join
