Im going to the one in Bellmore, has anyone been to these

Any opinions, likes? dislikes?

My sister goes to the one by me and she loves it. She has lost alot of inches in the past 6 months. She lost 70+ lbs being on WW and she needed to firm up some loose skin...she looks great.

She usually goes 4-5 days a week in the am before work.

Thanks Nancy!! thats when i plan to go.. Before work, and i love that its only 30 minutes.. i was going to join NYSC but its soooo $$$$$ but i loved that they are open so early, but when i found out curves was open at 7am, that gives me enough time to go come home and showrer and get to work..

I am going tonight to check out prices and whatnot..

Suzanne, I hate to be the party pooper, but I HATED it.

I found it to be really repetitive and boring, BUT I do know many who love it.

See if they offer a session just to try it out.
