We're getting married in a beautiful church and I thought it would be nice get a custom aisle runner. I was quoted $225 to get this done. The vendor will recreate our monogram...
Thoughts? Is it worth it? Should I get a more simple monogram to cut down costs?
Here is our monogram. She wanted to paint it in the middle of the aisle runner so it is centered down the aisle. TIA!!!
I'm getting married at the RH and I'm having one done for the same price as yours. I say go for it. It looks beautiful in the pics and FH and I plan on hanging ours on a quilt rack.

I loved mine. Its looked nice in pictures & was a nice touch. Someone, I forget who, had theirs cut down & framed when they were done. I wish I had thought of that.

Before you order are you sure your place will allow an aisle runner? If they do I say go for it!! I think it is beautiful! It will look great in pictures!

I say it is worth it. I DIYed mine and was soo happy with how it looked in pics. I used if later for our cake table also!

i think its absolutely worth it!
we used our monogram on many of the details throughout our wedding, it adds a nice personalized touch to things.
at the reception we had it laid out in front of our sweetheart table, and i plan to have it framed to hang in our home too!

Our Custom Aisle Runner came out great & we loved it so much, It was one of our top 10 favorite things from our wedding, even my husband said he couldnt image our wedding without it. Plus our guest are still raving about it one year later. Do you need it, no, but why not go for it if you can. Just remember if you don't get it, you will still be just as happy and your wedding will still be just as beautiful. But yes, in answer to your question, it was worth every penny... It really made our wedding custom, which fit our theme. We are going to use the runner again on our 10 year wedding anniversary when we renew our vows and have a huge party.
